Refunds & Exchanges

 

 

Warranty & Return Policy

  • Our products are under a 30-day warranty and we gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 30-days. This timeline does not start until your order is delivered to you.
  • If 30 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund/exchange.
  • If you believe your item is damaged for any reason please submit a ticket through the Customer Portal
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
  • If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

 

How long will my return take to be processed?

  • Your return will be processed in 10 business days or less once it is delivered to our distribution center.

 

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

  • Refunds:
    •  Any returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order with us.
    • Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process back into your bank account.
  • Exchanges:
    • If the stock is available in your requested item(s) you will receive a confirmation email for the new exchange order.
      • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product and color but a different size.
      • If a different item is requested a refund will be issued.
      • If the stock is unavailable for your exchange request a refund will be issued. We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.
  • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.

 

 

Return Standards

  • Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you - 
    • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
    • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
    • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
    • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
    • We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
      • Whether worn or unworn any undergarments are final sale products and cannot be returned (includes both exchanges and refunds).
    • Swimwear can be returned, if the original liner is still attached. If the liner is not attached or removed at all we cannot accept any returns (both refunds and exchanges) for these pieces due to hygiene reasons.
    • Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.

 

Can sale items be returned?

  • There is a 14-day window, from the time your package is delivered to you, that you may return any items discounted if you no longer wish to keep them.
  • Once 14 days have passed since the purchase date, any items marked as final sale are ineligible to be returned.
    • This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund
  • Items discounted under 30% are not final sale and are eligible for exchanges/refunds within our regular 30-day warranty time period.
  • We do not price match for items that may be discounted at any time.
