WHEN WILL MY REFUND/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Important Notice: Due to COVID-19, we have made changes to keep up with local and state policies/orders to create a safe working environment for our employees. Because of these temporary adjustments we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our return process may take a few extra days than normal. We are asking for a maximum of 12 business days, from the time of delivery, for your return package to be fully processed. 

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to submit a ticket so our team can assist you as soon as possible! We appreciate your support and wish you well during this time!


 

 

Once your return is delivered to our distribution center it will take no more than 10 business days for it to be processed. We do our best to process them as quickly as possible once they have been delivered to our facility!

 

 

FAQs about our Return Process for exchanges/refunds:

  • If you request an exchange for an item and stock is not available for your request a refund will be issued.
  • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.
  • If your return is denied, you will be notified via email and the items will be sent back to you.
  • Refunds can take 5-7 working days to process depending on your bank.
  • If 10 business/working days have passed since your return was delivered, please submit a ticket through our Customer Portal so our team can look into this for you!
